Creamy Kefir Asian Dressing by @andys__kitchen

Ingredients Method

1 cup @tableofplenty Kefir
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Lemon rind, grated
½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tbsp @tableofplenty Classic Dukkah
Salt and pepper
½ cup mint and coriander, chopped

Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor and enjoy.
