Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

✨ Table of Plenty Dark Choc Rice Cakes
✨ Fresh Medjool dates
✨ Your fave Smooth Peanut Butter
✨ Block of dark chocolate
✨ Rock salt (optional)

Melt the chocolate gently on the stove.
De-pip the dates and squish them out on a lined baking tray
Pour half the melted chocolate over the dates
Crush and sprinkle Table of Plenty Dark Choc Mini Rice Cakes
Drizzle several spoons of PB over the top
Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate
Sprinkle with sea salt
