Kefir Berry Fro-Yo
Serves: 2 -4
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Product: Natural Live Kefir Probiotic Yoghurt
1 cup of Table of Plenty Kefir
1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of frozen or fresh berries, or another
of your choice
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender/food processor until smooth, then pour into an ice cube tray.
2. Place in the freezer until frozen, then place back into blender/food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Place in container and freeze for 30 minutes to an hour, then serve.
