Kefir Morning Power Smoothie
Serves: 1
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
1. ¼ cup Table of Plenty Kefir (Natural or Lactose Free)
2. ½ cup mixed strawberries & raspberries, frozen
3. 1 medium banana, frozen
4. ½ cup mango, frozen
5. 1 dates, pitted
6. 1 TBSP coconut
7. 1 TBSP cacao nibs
8. 4 strawberries, chopped
**Optional protein powder can be added.
1. In a blender, blitz Kefir, frozen mixed berries, banana, mango and date together until well combined and smooth.
2. Pour into your favourite smoothie glass, top with coconut, cacao nibs and fresh strawberries and enjoy!
