Tofu & Vegetable Nourish Bowl By @goodnessdeliciouness
This Rainbow Tofu Salad is anything but boring with a generous helping of Asian Black Sesame Dukkah sprinkled on top. Add some crunch to your lunch with Dukkah Salad Sprinkles.
150g firm tofu
1 tsp each of soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup & sriracha
Rice or rice noodles
Lettuce
Avocado
Carrot
Pineapple
Red Onion

Marinate Tofu in soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup & srirachaCook your marinated tofu in a small frying pan till crispy. Cook your rice or noodles or use cold leftovers (that’s what I usually do). Assemble in a bowl and sprinkle generously with Table of Plenty Salad Sprinkles Asian Black Sesame Dukkah.
